Cephalotus follicularis follicularis

$49.00

Cephalotus follicularis is a carnivorous pitcher plant endemic to Southwestern part of Australia. Although unrelated to other pitcher plants such as Nepenthes (tropical pitcher plant) or Sarracenia (North American pitcher plant), it employs similar pitfall trap mechanism with digestive fluid inside it.

C. follicularis will do well in the 70F (20C), but will start to show signs of stress when the temperature hits more than 80F (>30C), or below 60F (<15C). For more information, please check out the care sheet courtesy of NECPS http://www.necps.org/guides.html
