plants

All live plants are available to US customers only at the moment.  We are working on shipping option to overseas.  Please check back occasionally for the update.  Thank you for your patience.

To minimize the shipping costs, we generally ship our plants bare rooted except those plants who are sensitive to repotting.

giclee prints

Giclee prints are available internationally.  All giclee prints are made to order.  It may take up to 2 weeks upon the receipt of ordering.  We will let you know when we have the date for shipping.

Botanical art products

Botanical art products are available internationally, and will be shipped according to Redbubble's policy.

Cancellation

Please contact us through info@darwinsatelier.com within 24 hours from your order, should you need to cancel it.  If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to process cancellations.

Returns

Plants and giclee prints

We do not accept returns in general as we are a very small nursery.  However, we will discuss the situation upon receipt of email notice with pictures of the damaged items within 48 hours of item’s arrival.

Privacy Policies

We keep your personal information we collect such as your email, mailing address, PayPal account information, and your phone number private.  We use these information strictly to process your order.  We do not share these information with third parties except Squarespace and eCommerce Payment Processors who process our online orders.

While no service is completely secure, Squarespace has a security team dedicated to keeping your information safe. They employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout their network (so that if one server goes down, another can cover for it) and testing for and protecting against network vulnerabilities. Payment information is transmitted using HTTPS encryption, and they maintain a PCI DSS certification.
