(Super Rare!) Drosera binata "Pink flower"

$20.00

Drosera binata is a perennial, warm temperate sundew endemic to Australia and New Zealand. There are many varieties such as D. binata “Multifida”, D. binata “Multifida, Extrema”, D. binata “Marston’s Dragon”, and D. binata “T-form”. Among all, D. binata “Pink flower” is the rarest form available in the US. The flower of D. binata is usually white, but this variety produces flowers with a dainty pink hue, almost like flowers of cherry trees. Like other D. binata varieties, they slow down during winter time, although dormancy is not required. The leaves may turn brown and die off completely, but the roots are alive. The leaves will come back when weather gets warmer. Use peat:sand=1:1 or sphagnum moss for medium. Ship bare root.
