Utricularia bisquamata is a small terrestrial carnivorous plant endemic to Southern Africa.  They grow stolons that produce bladders shaped traps underground that attract, capture, and digest microbes.  It blooms light purplish colored flowers with yellow papillae in the center.  It is an annual plant, however can be easily propagated by seed.  It can be grown under the similar condition as Genlisea.  For more information, please refer to the care sheet, "Carnivorous Plant Cultivation Guide-Genlisea".
